The Tower Grill Opens in the Nampa, Idaho Airport, Just Feet from the Warhawks Air Museum
Nampa, Idaho - On October 15, 2016 – The Tower Grill announced the Grand Opening of their restaurant, November 5, 2016 located in the “Tower” at the Nampa Municipal Airport at 105 Municipal Dr., Nampa, ID83687. The 47-seat restaurant reflects the core concept of genuine, family friendly service and atmosphere highlighting the magic that a small town airport has to offer.
At The Tower, Nate’s menu showcases American, fresh, seasonal specials and the restaurants signature menu items such as hand-pressed burgers (named The Spitfire, P-38, The 172), Fish and Chips, Spruce Goose chicken sandwich, giant cinnamon rolls, landing gear size pancakes, biscuits and gravy with crispy bacon and French pressed coffee. The Tower Grill fuses mouth-watering tastes with affordable prices.

Featuring a mix of modern new materials and vintage aviation salvage finds, The Tower is a family-friendly space with an aviation vibe, artisan wood, and freshly painted interior. The restaurant offers a mix of dining options; artisanal wood bench, cozy dining with views of airplanes and The Owyhee’s, and comfortable outdoor patio seating overlooking the runway. A handsome, nostalgic artisanal wood bar wrapped in corrugated metal is the perfect spot for your meal. Casual touches like chalkboards announce daily specials and the 55” tv plays aviation videos. Private dining options are available after hours for meetings and parties.
The Tower Grill comes courtesy of Nate Lindskoog, father of six and husband to Heidi Lindskoog. Known for a passion and dedication to cuisine and aviation, Nate put his entrepreneurial skills to the test and gave up his day job to start The Tower Grill. Nate has grown up with a rich history of flying in his family; flying with his father when he was young and growing up around airplanes. Nate has 15 years of restaurant experience. From his first job delivering Chinese food at the age of 16 Nate fell in love with the restaurant industry. Overtime, Nate has developed a deep passion for food and more importantly, helping people gain meaningful connections through the experience of sharing a meal together in a comfortable environment.
Open six days a week, The Tower Grill is located in the Historic Tower at 105 Municipal Dr., Nampa, ID83687.
